Cuts Like A Knife (CLK) is the premier, west coast based tribute to superstar singer/songwriter Bryan Adams. 

The idea to come together to pay tribute to the Grammy Award winning, Academy Award nominated artist was born out of the mutual love and respect for his classic, timeless songs. Singing his heart out every night in the clubs of Los Angeles, Paul Nelson (Vocals/Guitar) would close every show with the lines “I got my first real six string, bought it at the five and dime, played it ‘til my fingers bled, was the summer of ’69,” from the Adams classic and make this crowd favorite his own. This family friendly song list includes the hits “Summer of ’69,” “Everything I Do,” “Please Forgive Me,” “Heaven,” “Run To You,” “Somebody,” and “Cuts Like A Knife.”

Members of CLK have performed worldwide with The Doors Robby Krieger and Ray Manzarek, Eddie Money, America, Nancy Sinatra, The Motels, Chuck Negron (Three Dog Night), Jan and Dean, Al Jardine (Beach Boys), the world’s greatest tribute to David Bowie as seen on Axis TV’s “The World’s Greatest Tribute Bands,” Space Oddity—David Brighton’s Tribute To David Bowie, and The Long Run—tribute to The Eagles.
